Delete your Odys-say account
Odys-say is made by Sneakers Inc. You can delete your Odys-say account and its data at any time.
In the app: Me → Account → Delete account.
Without the app: Email us and we'll delete it for you.
Request deletion by emailSend your request to contact@sneakersapp.io from the email address you signed in with. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, tell us that you used Sign in with Apple — we'll reply to the address linked to your account to confirm.
What we delete
Your account, your email address, your Odys-say (chapters, pages, and scripts), your onboarding answers and trip details, your listening activity, and the link between your account and your purchases.
What we keep
Records we are required to keep for legal, accounting, or security purposes, such as transaction records for tax compliance. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How long it takes
We confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.
Purchases and refunds
Deleting your account does not cancel or refund purchases. To ask for a refund, contact the App Store or Google Play.
