By using Odys-say you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or this site.

What Odys-say is

Odys-say is a location-based audio experience for travelers. Two places in each launch city are free; the rest are unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase per city.

Purchases

• City passes are non-consumable, single-purchase, lifetime-unlock items.
• Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under their published policies.
• You can restore previous purchases on a new device via the paywall.

Acceptable use

• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute audio content.
• Do not use the app while driving or in any way that endangers yourself or others.

Content

Audio commentary is generated for you using stored prompts and language models. We do not claim that any commentary is factually exhaustive — it is meant to be reflective, not encyclopedic.

Liability

Odys-say is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we will note the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be surfaced in-app.
